In a recent post, we discussed the importance of good old-fashioned customer service, even in our increasingly digital world. The customer experience is a critical facet of every business because more often than not, service can be dramatically improved and have great impact on a company's bottom line.
While doing some light reading, I discovered an article making similar claims about the value of customer service over on the Salesforce blog.
